Regular season playing rules except:
Flip a coin for home team each game
All games must play a minimum of four full or three and one half if home team is ahead.
Each game must have a winner (no ties)  
Each player must play two of the first four innings.
No warning on thrown bats---Batter is called out.  
Game may end any in either half of the fourth inning when game is out of reach  
Please have team ready to play at least 15 min before published start time  
Tournament rules often enable games to be played in less than one hour    
Next game will start 15 min after completion of prior game  
Teams provide baseballs for each game.
Teams with less than 12 players are subject to taking an out for each player less than the opponent.
Max 3 outs, but only one for each of the first three innings.
Benchmark is 12 players even if you have 13 at the game.
Example.
Team A  12 players   vs   Team B  11 players    B starts first inning with one out.
Team C  11 players   vs   Team D   9  players    D starts first and second inning with an out.
Team E  10 players   vs   Team F  10  players   no outs for either team.
